Annet Mahendru

Mahendru is an Afghani female born of an Russian father and mother who is a Hindu Indian mother. Mahendru is fluent with German Russian and English and is also fluent in French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru, born in India to her Russian father as well as an Indian mother, is proficient with both of the languages. The year 2011, the actress devised a choreography that earned her the opportunity to appear on German television as a Russian snowmaiden. She later became a Indian dancer. She graduated from high school and was awarded a bachelor's degree from the Department of English at the University of New York. She took classes in acting in the HB Studios. She later moved on to pursue improvised comedy at the Groundlings School. She was created by her parents in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) and Russian Olga (mother). Her parents separated at the age of 13 young and moved from the city of her birth to East Meadow New York with her father.She stars alongside Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell on The Americans on FX.
